Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking the corresponding checkbox and submitting a form on kurumbagarden.com, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms (art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data"):

Controller. Alexander Vasilyevich Grigoriev, address: Studyony proezd 4, bldg. 5, apt. 92, Moscow, Russia (Roskomnadzor notification No. 100320759).

Purposes. Processing and confirming a villa or excursion booking; replying to a contact form enquiry; preparing a custom trip; contacting me about the booking or enquiry.

Data. Name; phone and/or messenger username; email; country; travel dates and the selected villa, excursions and services; enquiry text and trip preferences.

Actions. Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation.

Processors. Data and its backups are stored on servers of the hosting provider AdminVPS LLC (Moscow, Russia). Request notifications are delivered via the Yandex LLC email service (Russia). No cross-border transfer takes place.

Term. 3 years after the end of the trip (for bookings) or after the enquiry is sent, or until consent is withdrawn. Data is deleted automatically when the term expires.

Withdrawal. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to the controller's email below. The data will be destroyed within 10 business days unless the law requires otherwise.
